GRAND TETONS MOSAIC FROM THE SNAKE RIVER- Charles F. Lindgren Photograph

This was our biggest surprise. We didn't know what to expect and were thrilled. The bus brought us to Deadman's Bar (not a good sign!). We met our guides, and were taken by van to our place of departure. Since it was August the water was very low and calm. Thank you! The trip was delightful. Ialso collected two sand samples at the loading dock! All photographs were taken by either Fran or Charles Lindgren.

After the raft ride we took a quick ride to an historic chapel, The Chapel of Transfiguration. It was a very inspirational location. Along with a deep feeling of compassion there was also much natural enjoyment. Enjoy!

IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER!
